Full name: Jesica Alcala
Age: 33 years old
Hometown and High School: Oxnard, California. Rio Mesa High School graduate. I attended
Santa Clara High School my freshman year, then transferred to Rio Mesa my sophomore year.
Position: ASB Bookkeeper
Previous Employment: I have worked at a vet hospital since 2017 and
continue to work/help once a month/part-time. Before coming to CIHS I worked at the Ventura
Superior Courts in the Family Law Department.
College(s) Attended and Degree: I received my AA degree at Oxnard College; I then
attended Dakota State University on a softball scholarship.
Family: I have 3 siblings: two brothers and one sister. I am a middle child. I am not married yet
but I am engaged. I don’t have any children yet but I do have 3 dogs and 2 birds who act like
kids.
Hobbies and Interests: I enjoy baking, playing sports, watching sports, and spending time with
my pets. I also enjoy coaching.
Impressions of CI: Very spirited; staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Interesting Fact About Me: I played basketball, soccer and softball in high school and
college. I have competed in bodybuilding fitness competitions. I am a varsity assistant softball
coach at Santa Clara High School.
